Though I have always liked some of the workouts more than others, I really loved the program and repeated it a couple of times. So in March, I started 21 Day Fix as part of my first challenge group. The first workout I ever did was 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio, and holy WOW, that was a doozy (to quote Donald from the cast)! Even though it was tough and I was sore for a week after, I liked the challenge and thought starting with a three-week program (despite there being one workout every day for those 21 days) made sense for a newbie. ![]() ![]() When I first became a BeachBody member in February of 2018, I sampled a few workouts before choosing a program.
